At Harmony Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your instrument isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Instrument
Securely repack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luthiers inspect the instrument to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
