How are guitars packaged for shipping?
Every instrument undergoes a professional inspection and is secured in a heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated box with specialized internal padding to ensure it arrives in perfect playing condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your guitar, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are the guitars set up before they are sent out?
Absolutely. Our in-house luthiers perform a comprehensive setup on every guitar, including checking the action, intonation, and fretwork, so it is ready to play right out of the box.
